The exhibition features the determination to keep divulging the artistic research, remodeling its fruition methods due to the current difficult situation.
The group show brings three young artist women together who, with distinct approaches, apply new expressive codes to their personal style on the canvases, interfacing thus the contemporary digital culture.
Taline Zabounian through collages, projections, printings and photoshop plays on surfaces with abstract shapes that recall digital screens; technology is then evoked by Helena Margaret Jonsdottir’s canvases where dull everyday objects are coupled through their simple visive, expressive, and chromatic connections that stand out via plain backgrounds. Samantha Rosenwald humorously showcases the oddities and obsessions of the contemporaneity solely with the simplicity of a coloured pencils.
